Hello NexGenHaiti Visitors,

I am a native of Haiti and, though I have lived in Canada for over 40 years, I have very strong ties to my native country. I am the Founder and President of Pierspective Entraide Humanitaire (P.E.H.), which has been dedicated to providing supplies, equipment and funding for Haitian citizens and businesses since 2002.

I had the pleasure of meeting Donny Young in November, 2011, at a Dinner P.E.H. held in Toronto to raise funds for a new primary school being constructed near Port Au Prince in Corail, Haiti. Antoine DeRose, who met Donny in 2010, introduced us and I was impressed with his genuine interest in learning about our efforts in Haiti.

In May, 2012, Antoine informed me that Donny had contacted him and told him about his wonderful Project, NexGenHaiti, and that he really wanted to ‘make a difference’ for the children of Haiti that would be ‘measurable’ and ‘sustainable.’ I was very excited to learn this, as there are so many children who need our assistance.

On June 1, 2012, Donny attended another fund-raising dinner P.E.H. held in Toronto, and he told me he had registered NexGenHaiti.com and was having a website built, at his expense. His passion and excitement was very inspiring!  I was extremely gratified that he had undertaken this great initiative.

July, 2017 – Update:  NexGenHaiti will provide scholarships for four more boys and girls to attend school in Haiti, right through their graduation from University. This is wonderful news!  We are delighted to announce NexGenHaiti has agreed to partner with P.E.H. to assist us in raising $70,000 to have solar energy panels installed on the roof of our new school in Corail. This will provide the school with its electrical requirements, and all excess power generated will be sold off the grid to generate revenues to help fund initiatives such as teachers’ wages and children’s lunches. Donny will be personally paying 100% of the children’s tuition costs for the 2017-18 school year ($5,400. USD), so all donations received by NexGenHaiti will be directed to P.E.H.

Please visit  www.haitiaide.ca  to learn more about our exciting solar energy and vertical farming programs for the Corail school. Should you wish to make a financial contribution towards our efforts, and would like to receive a 100% Tax Deduction, please make your cheque payable to:

Pierspective Entraide Humanitaire, and mail to:  902 Bathurst Street  Toronto, ON. M5R 3G3.  Please add NexGenHaiti in the ‘cheque memo’ so we can track the origin of the donations. Please include a stamped, self-addressed envelope for your Tax Receipt.

To all of you taking the time to visit these pages, thank you very much for your kind support!  God Bless!
